7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

• The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with everything it came with.
• Personalized or engraved items can't be returned for a change of mind, but they are still covered by our warranty.
• Delivery fees are not refunded.

Once we receive and check the item, we refund you in cash or as store credit, whichever you prefer.

1-Year Warranty

Every Carboluxe product is covered for 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects. If your item has a defect, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover drops, impacts, scratches, misuse or normal wear and tear.
