When does my store credit arrive?

After your order is paid. With cash on delivery, that is when you pay the courier.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Store credit is saved to your account, so sign in at checkout with the same email to spend it.

Does store credit expire?

Yes, 6 months after it is added to your account.

Can I use more than one code?

Each code can be used once per customer, and codes can't be combined with other codes.

How do I get my Elite birthday credit?

Send us your birthday on Instagram at @carboluxe and we will add it to your account.
